Venues throughout the LA area are gearing up to host boozy Super Bowl parties to celebrate the finale of the season in style. Whether its at a low-key watering hole or a bar bash that stretches into the night well past the fourth quarter, there are numerous party options.

Regardless of team colors, It’s the one game of the year where hardcore NFL fans and casual observers find common ground with a day dedicated to the pigskin—and maybe some BBQ pulled pork and chicken wings, too.

    Santa Monica

Hotel guests and non-guests can nosh on an All-American menu of hot dogs, Buffalo wings, popcorn and more. At times, this Hollywood landmark feels more like a wealthy relative’s home, with black walnut tables, leather lounge chairs and marble topped bars that create a luxurious, yet cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing and watching some football.

    Downtown, 900 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles

    Nestled in L.A. LIVE in between the JA Marriot hotel and Staples Center is the Mixing Room, hosting an all-you-can-eat Super Bowl menu with inventive twists on tailgate classics, like the Mac & Cheese Bar with short rib, crab-cheese sauce, caramelized onions and roasted vegetables; Beer Braised Brats with homemade sauerkraut; and Smoked Baby Back Ribs & Half Chicken with traditional BBQ sides. Special Super Bowl shots start for $2.50, with beer buckets ranging from $12 to $14. The bartenders will even be holding raffles throughout the game, so if you have a spouse who doesn’t know a touchdown from a home run, there’ll be plenty of fun to keep them engaged.
