Taking its menu inspiration from the California coast, the Thanksgiving dinner at Catch includes Morro Bay black cod and house-cured salmon in addition to more traditional offerings of free-range turkey and cranberry stuffing. At $90 a person, this three-course dinner is topped off with a luxurious chocolate hazelnut cheesecake. Diners may need to sleep off this meal in one of the Hotel Casa del Mar’s guest rooms.
Newly opened at The Americana at Brand, Bourbon Steak is San Francisco-based owner/chef Michael Mina’s latest venture.
