Halloween may be over, but that doesn’t mean Bootie won’t find a reason to encourage you to dress up – it’s our first-ever Gender Blender: Drag Night! This is a night to play with the gender spectrum – femme it out or butch it up or glitter like stardust in your androgyny – just feel free to express yourself! Drag queens and drag kings get in for free all night, but we mean full drag, bitches – no half-assing! So paint that face and dress to impress!

Resident gender-blender and Bootie co-creator Adrian (of A Plus D) joins Bootie LA resident DJ ShyBoy in spinning the best mashups in the universe to keep your high heels kicking all night! The stage will be taken over for drag performances by Love Connie, Crystal Powers, and Dakota D’Vil during the night, and of course Bootie LA's resident dance crew R.A.I.D. (Random Acts of Irreverent Dance) will join in on the drag action and keep the energy going with their go-go antics. And as always, house photographers Shutter Tribe will be there to capture all the fabulous action!

Launched in 2003 by San Francisco DJ duo A Plus D, Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the then-burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities. Winning various nightlife awards for the past 12 years, Bootie celebrates pop culture both past and present, keeping your brain guessing and body dancing with creative song combinations. Mixing and matching every musical genre, era, and style into one big dance party, it's a place where everyone is welcome.
