Blues/Punk Band Hack Rock the Annex

Local bluesman Steve Shriver leads this over-the-top art rock, punk and blues band onto the stage at the Grand Annex. Hack's music is gritty, soulful and authentic, but it's still danceable -- especially if you're wearing Doc Martens. Their sound has been compared to the Rolling Stones, Sex Pistols, David Bowie and Buzzcocks. The band is made up of Steve Shriver, lead singer and harmonica player, Brion Tanous on bass, Bruce Quillin on drums, Brian Rickey on rhythm guitar, and Mark Robinson on lead guitar.
