Throwing rocks and sweeping a broom have never been as much fun as they are in the sport of curling. So whether you're an experienced Canuck or a stone-cold newbie, you'll want to come and check out this fun ice-based activity for the whole family. Invented more than 500 years ago, the sport of curling has been mega-popular in Canada and Scotland for years, and is a crowd favorite at the Winter Olympics. All equipment and instruction will be provided, and you'll get an excellent introduction to the basics, including sliding stones, sweeping, and game strategy. And, fun fact: It only takes one introductory session to become eligible to play in a Hollywood Curling league.
