Sprung Monkey released their long awaited album, "DEAD IS DEAD," on November 26, 2013 through their new label, Pacific Records.

From the early days of selling CD's out of their trunk to their breakout success on MTV, Sprung has kept true to their heavy, hypnotic sound. Through the years, Sprung have become a staple in the x-treme arena – appearing on the Van's Warped Tour, ESPN's X-Games and contributing tunes to countless surf, skate, and snowboarding films, which opened up opportunities that have included major tours and festivals in United States, Europe, and Australia, including a slot at the world famous KROQ's Weenie Roast, a top position on the Billboard chart, musical guests on the Conan O'Brian Show and song placement in big screen movies. Over the past few years the guys have been exploring, growing and focusing their musical talents to write some of their best music to date which continues to fuel and embrace their classic core x – treme California lifestyle!!
