After months of anticipation, organizers for the Coachella music festival released the 2013 lineup today with the Stone Rose, Blur, Phoenix and the Red Hot Chili Peppers headlining.
The two-weekend festival is held April 12-14 and April 19-21 at Empire Polo Field in Indio. Three-day passes are currently available along with nearby hotel accommodations for those who want to skip the camping scene.
Lou Reed is a surprise addition on the bill along with the anticipated reunion of Postal Service. SoCal punk rock is well represented with Social Distortion and the Descendants, and there’s enough EDM fire power with Bassnectar, Pretty Lights, Benny Benassi, Moby and more to keep the crowds dancing through weekend.
