How did your experience working on Top Chef Masters and Iron Chef America help shape how you work as a chef?

I was working with chefs on coming up with recipe ideas for the show and seeing the passion and the culinary point of view they share.

Did working as a personal chef for Elton John, Celine Dion and The Rock provide any additional insights?

Only that no matter what walk of life you are from, food is the common denominator that crosses the culture barrier

If you could cook for one person, living or dead, who would it be and what would you cook?

I would love to cook for Chef Andrew Zimmern, and I would prepare an array of Walnut dishes and show him that walnuts can be made to suit his Walnut phobia. This I know I can accomplish if given the chance
