"Hamlet": Outdoor Performance of Shakespeare's Tragedy of Madness and Murder

While something might be rotten in the state of Denmark, "Hamlet" stays ever fresh. Harold Bloom once said, that after four centuries, Shakespeare's masterpiece is "still the most experimental play ever written." In all this time, it has never lost its ability to shock, to entertain or to move audiences profoundly. So get ready for a psychological thrill ride as the play's protagonist, young Prince Hamlet, descends into homicidal rage, pausing only to ponder the mysteries of life with an eloquence that has never been surpassed. Now the Mysterium Theater cast will perform this masterwork in the great outdoors at Brio Park in La Habra.
