Comic Jimmy Shubert ("The King of Queens") at Flappers Comedy Club

Comic Jimmy Shubert is a hilarious hero to anyone who has ever been stuck at airport security, endured bland health "food" or suffered any number of modern-day humiliations. The son of a Philadelphia cop, Shubert is upfront and unapologetic at the microphone, letting lose dynamite diatribes that will leave you laughing and nodding your head in recognition. No wonder the legendary Sam Kinison included him as one of the original "Outlaws of Comedy" and fans and critics have heaped praise on his comedy special, "Alive & Kickin'". A regular on stage and TV (he was "Jimmy" on "The King of Queens"), Shubert has appeared most recently on "2 Broke Girls" and "Betty White's Off Their Rockers". He also hosts the popular "The Jimmy Shubert Show" podcast. Now he comes to Burbank to deliver more of his "full body"-style of comedy at Flappers Comedy Club.
