Located inside the Jamaica Bay Inn, the Beachside Restaurant and Bar gives new meaning to the phrase “food coma” since guests can sleep off their high calorie intake in one of the hotel’s waterfront rooms. The $58 three-course meal offers a wide selection of salads, soups, seafood and meat to suit every taste. Diners can choose from tiramisu, berry cobbler and pumpkin cheesecake to end the meal on a sweet note.
Ford’s Filling Station

With hearty, unpretentious food on the regular menu at Ford’s Filling Station, it’s no surprise that the restaurant’s Thanksgiving menu offers the classics. At $55 per person, guests can enjoy butternut squash soup, smoked turkey with a large variety of sides and a choice of apple, pecan and pumpkin pies.
Parker’s Lighthouse

The Villa Woodland Hills

A breathtaking restaurant in the outskirts of LA, The Villa in Woodland Hills is rustic Italian in both décor and cuisine. Warren’s Blackboard

Trattoria Neapolis

The dining room of Trattoria Neapolis, with its high ceilings and wicker furniture, is reminiscent of an airy outdoor café in Naples. Filled abundantly with a variety of pasta, meats, and appetizers, the holiday menu ($53) is served through November and December. The menu features specialties like lobster arancini, chestnut bucatini with wild boar ragout and apple crostata with house made puff pastry, all of which bring traditional Italian cooking to the food enthusiasts of LA.
Maison Akira
713 E. Green St, Pasadena
A fusion of Japanese and French cuisines, the regular menu at Maison Akira offers bento boxes of beef bourguignon and chicken katsu in addition to dishes of miso-marinated Chilean sea bass and onion soup gratin. For his Thanksgiving menu, chef Akira has selected mixed mushroom soup, roasted free-range turkey and Kabocha pumpkin beignets. At $58 a person, the menu is traditional enough to satisfy conventionalists, yet mixes in a handful of creative twists to keep taste buds intrigued.
